The members of pro-Solve team have been working in the field of professional electronics for over 30 years and have amassed a wealth of experience in the design and manufacture of electronic and software products. In particular, we have specialised in sectors that give us a deep understanding of and extensive experience in the core technologies that are fundamental to today's ever expanding wireless communications industry.

Radio Frequency Engineering

Having spent much of their careers developing radio frequency technology and designing RF products for demanding professional applications, the pro-Solve team have a deep understanding of the technology that is being used in an ever increasing range of applications today. Our experience spans all aspects of RF engineering from system design through to detailed circuit design, evaluation and test, manufacturing and commissioning of the finished system. It covers the frequency range from the kHz through to the GHz region.

Digital Signal Processing

As analogue to digital converter technology improves and digital signal processors become more powerful DSP techniques are replacing RF circuits in many areas of products, bringing advantages and making possible solutions that simply cannot be implemented using traditional methods. The pro-Solve team developed some of the earliest products to use DSP techniques for demanding radio applications back in the 1980s and more recently have been involved in the application of DSP for software defined radios and advanced 3G cellular wireless products.

Software

We have been involved in the development of products containing software for over 25 years. Our experience encompasses software running on microprocessors embedded within a hardware product, on standalone computers and, in many cases, multiple processors and computers within a single system. In recent years the products we have developed have been particularly software intensive, utilising software for functions including system control, user interfaces, signal processing, communications protocols and test and measurement.

Digital and Analogue Electronics

Underpinning all the above is a sound understanding of digital and analogue electronics coupled with extensive experience in the design, manufacture and support of products that meet statutory and regulatory requirements as well as satisfying the needs of the most demanding customers.
